Tuesday 1000-1115:  Ballymaloe Carriguan Room

Fluid, mindful moment with breath.  A moderately active vinyasa based practice to gently clear the mind and energise the body for the day ahead.

 

Tuesday 1900-2015: Ballymaloe Carriguan Room

Mindful focus upon developing technique and alignment to maximise both understanding and more importantly benefits a specific pose, group of poses or ‘peak’ pose.

 

Wednesday 1830-1945:  Laughing Buddha, Midleton 

An active practice focusing upon strength and flexibility, creativity and freedom … and often a fair bit of laughter!  A mid week tonic 🙂

 

 

Thursday 1730-1845:  Laughing Buddha, Midleton

A delicious Restorative/Yin style practice with a focus on breath, relaxation and gently stretching away the day.
